Why choose us

Our core team includes psychologists, coaches, nutritionist as well as physiotherapists and experts in healthy lifestyle, food preparation and dietary transitions. We go beyond the traditional approaches and parameters of individual and team profiling: by exploring and explaining inner drives from a cognitive and physiological standpoint, and by keeping at the forefront of scientific studies in multiple fields and integrating them to achieve the most effective solutions.

Within our framework the executive is recognized as a high performing athlete, whom will stand to gain from streamlining and sharpening any and every areas of his daily lifestyle. Thus creating a drive towards evolution and development that leads to improved: resilience to stress, concentration and communication style; whilst reducing: burnout, internal conflicts, absenteeism and healthcare costs.

More than just coaching

We include cognitive, psycho-emotional and physiological perspectives and most importantly the way they integrate with each other. We thereby shed light on how certain susceptibilities are dictating choices in work, social and personal life settings. This level of understanding maximises engagement in the process of change and provides a way to reframe current conflicts and tensions within the individual and the entire team permanently. It also offers a framework to build functional teams and raise the efficiency of procedures and task allocation. The 360 degrees coaching we offer can be further extended to provide fully integrated and specific interventions in nutrition, fitness and lifestyle. This supports the understanding that improvement in one area of life will translate and support other areas, thus creating a cascading effect of positive change.

More than just stress management

We work on resilience, take into account eustress (the beneficial stress) and strive to create neural pathways that will support positive change. We achieve this via tested and quantifiable techniques that provide clear and concrete ways to monitor one’s progress.

More than just the language of the company culture

We don’t simply take into account employees’ happiness and satisfaction, but we assess levels of negative affectivity (which comprises a variety of states of emotional distress such as anger, fault finding, fear, guilt, anxiety, hostility, depression, negative moods and nervousness). This is an index considered to be a good indicator of an organization’s performance and productivity, as it is associated with conflicts with co-workers and supervisors (Falco et al 2013). It becomes particularly relevant during periods of increased demands and/or changes as it can erode at the stability of teams and eventually entire departments. Failure to identify this will make attempts at changes to company culture only a temporary solution. We can identify it and create strategies to reframe it.

More than just training, workshop or residential event

Our approaches include follow-ups and remote monitoring with measurable outcomes to assess changes and the degree of life integration that has occurred.
