Tina Andersen

ND, MSc, NAET adv., Dip Hom

Senior Naturopath

Tina was born in Denmark whereafter she travelled the world with her family moving approximately every 3 years to new exciting countries coming into contact with different cultures and life styles. This has helped her become an incredibly open minded and non judgemental practitioner making it easy to open up to her during sessions. Having trained in motivational interviewing she is able to help the patient feel able and motivated to change for the better.

She qualified as a Naturopath and Homeopath 15 years ago after completing a masters in Health Psychology. Her love for children and fascination with behaviour change lead her to become a Behaviour therapist for autistic children. She also worked for the NHS teaching children about nutrition, healthy lifestyle and self esteem whilst running a successful London practice.

Tina is very attuned to the mind/body link and will therefore use different therapies to achieve the best results supporting both sides of the equation. Her specialty lies in physical ailments with an emotional component, intolerances/allergies and improving self esteem. Her goal is to inspire people to want to change for the better and help people overcome the obstacles in their way.

Tina you're a little magical fairy in the kitchen! Take a bowl of avocados and somehow you've made it into 3 dinners, 4 mouthwatering desserts, a pumpkin carriage, 4 horses, a footsman and some glass slippers. Oh fairy godmother of food ✨- Esme
