Rogelio was born in Argentina. From an early age, his background in competition sports led him to develop an interest in healthy living. His passion for healthy eating really blossomed with the realisation that 'real' food is a means to improve and develop the human experience in all areas; emotional, psychological and physical. His ever-present artistic curiosity enables him to fuse tantalising flavours creatively presented thereby delivering an holistic experience at every meal.

He has worked as a Chef in restaurants in Argentina, Peru, and Canary Islands and has set up Conectando Natural, a catering company that provides vegan takeaways and catering for festivals and private events. He is continuously researching and developing new concepts in health and wellbeing with EnsoSana.
