Elena Sachinis

Chef

Elena was born in London to Greek and Scottish parents. She was raised between London, South Africa and Canada and now lives in Spain.

Elena has been a private chef for 10 years and began her career working in Luxury chalets in the French Alps after completing a hospitality degree at University. She has worked for families as their private chef, for sports professionals, in boutique hotels and on several large yachts.

Elena now lives on the Spanish island of Mallorca. She works as a free lance chef on yachts while commuting to London once a month to study holistic nutrition. Elena’s work on yachts has taken her to amazing destinations around the world, such as French Polynesia, New Zealand and Alaska. Elena draws influence from her travels in her food and enjoys combining different cuisines and styles to create unique and healthy flavours.
